Legal Question in Family Law in India

I an Indian citizen (Malayali, Christian) who got married to a Malaysian Indian (also Malayali, Christian) in 2004. I lived with him for 10 months and then returned to India. On reaching Malaysia, I found that I and my family had been cheated regarding his education and financial status. I tried to live with him for some time but found it difficult to adjust with him and his family as his parents and sisters were trying to control our lives. We have no children. After I returned to India, talks went on between him and my family, but nothing worked out and I filed for divorce in India ( the marriage had taken place in Kerala, India, and was also registered here) . I got my divorce from India in 2008 and soon after remarried. In my first marriage, my husband has not returned my dowry ( Rs.5 Lakhs) , gold jewelry , and clothing. I have also got a verdict from the Indian Court reg. my dowry which says that he has to pay it back with interest until the date of payment. The court had sent summons to him in Malaysia by registered post but not one has been answered. Our marriage was also registered in Malaysia as per the law there. Also my ex-husband has no property or assets in India. Currently, the court has said that if he ever comes to India and the police are able to apprehend him, then I can recover my dowry, but this seems to be impossible as he might never return as he knows there is a case against him. I would like to know how I can go about collecting my dowry from my ex-husband.

I have asked the question on 12/09/2013 and had not got a reply. Today I have received a message asking for the query again...so here it is..pls do reply.

You may file for an execution of the order passed in your favor and after summons are served and nbws remain unserved you may file for impounding his passport if he is holding an indian passport then u can file a petition in delhi high court for extraditing him from malaysia.
