Legal Question in Family Law in India

An Indian citizen gets married to another Indian Citizen under SMA 1954. He after five years becomes a citizen of another country and stays there. His wife is also a permanent resident/citizen of the other country.

Now if the wife claims a divorce will they be treated as per Indian law or foreign law.
