I AM INDIAN CITIZEN WORKING IN UAE ,RECENTLY I GOT MARRIED WITH AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN FROM INDIA AND WE GOT MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE FROM ARYASAMAJ,NOW HE WANT TO PROCESS MY SPOUSE VISA BUT ARYASAMAJ CERTIFICATE NOT VALID SO WE HAVE TO REGISTER OUR MARRIAGE AGAIN ,iS ANY OPTION TO APPLY ONLINE TO INDIA AND WE WILL COME AFTER 30 DAYS OF NOTICE PERIOD OR KINDLY ADVISE HOW WE CAN REGISTER OUR MARRIAGE IN INDIA ALSO HIS DIVORCE CERTIFICATE FROM AUSTRALIA NOT VALID IN INDIA HOW WE CAN VALIDATE THAT ,IS IT CAUSE A PROBLEM TO APPLY FOR REGISTER MARRIAGE ?

The information provided by you, by itself isn't enough to furnish an opinion. Was the marriage solemnised in India, if so, at which place and are both of you Hindu by religion? In the marriage Certificate what is his nationality mentioned therein? Does he hold an Indian Passport? When did the marriage take place?
