Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am a Indian living in in Belgium and was married to a Belgian citizen and we got divorced.
Before officially getting divorced during the separation period during my visit to India my relatives and family forced me to get married to a Indian woman who does not know anything about my past.
We got married in Temple front of all relatives and the marriage is not yet registered.
Its been over a year we are married but we never had any sexual relationship and the marriage is not consummated.
I got officially divorced from my former wife a month after i got married in India.
Now i am back to Belgium and i don't want to continue with relationship whereas the girl and her family not ready for divorce and threatening with filing Bigamy case against me.
I never lived with this girl or consummated the marriage then will i be charged with Bigamy and is it possible for them to get me extradited from Belgium to India.
Please let me know what should i do ?

You are certainly at fault as when one marriage is not dissolved legally to get married with other girl is a criminal act. Non-Consummation of marriage cannot be a ground for such illegal marriage. It will be better if you come to some sttlement with wife in India and her relatives through some common friends/relatives and settle the matter.
