Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am an Indian married a Tamil Lankan guy who resides in UK, the marriage happened in Jaffna in May 2013 since then he has left has never returned back. I am in India and he is in UK. We both are catholic christian. But we did register marriage only. I want to come out of this marriage. Help me out.
