I'm a Indian resident 27yrs ,married in 2010.I have 1 daughter sneha 5yrs.my husband left me after some orguments and will hit me and my daughter everytime,but he gave lie complaint to the police station i will hit him and my daughter.he will not give proper money to maintain home and he shout at me and hits me and he 'll go to her mom's home.after the marriage only he gave mental torture and he will hit me. My mother-in-law will support her son means my husband to hit me.my daughter sneha doesn't like to go with her father,but nowadays he will give money to her when I and my daughter sneha go out of the house. I am a house wife. I completed bbm in first class.but my husband will not send me to job,but i am trying to go teaching with my child to take care of her also.
I am afraid about my husband that he will take my daughter in the court.
Presently I am not in job also.
Please suggest me how to take my child with me?

1) File DV and 498a cases against ur husband and mother-in-law
for mental and physical cruelty on u and ur daughter.
2) Also file for maintenance for u and child.
3) These will be supporting evidence for future.
