Legal Question in Family Law in India

I'm indian [tamil nadu] male [26] - hindu in love with srilankan [colombo] girl [24] - hindu for past one year. last week she came to india and we married by tying mangalasutra on her neck. after that her parent's take her back to srilanka by telling her father's poor status of health and promise to return back her to india in few days of time.

but now they held her in house arrest against her will, and steal her passport as well, she is now suffering mental and physical torture there..

i need advice regarding how to take her back to india and lead a happy life.

it is very difficult, why dont you register your marriage.

it could be done within two to three days only.

Now you have to suffer a lot, coz indian courts may or may not accept your marriage and even after acceptance, other country court and police may not accept your marriage.
