Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I am an indonesian married to a bangladeshi for 4 years now, but for over 5 months we have not had conjugal life because he said he doesnt want me anymore. we got married in indonesia but because my family against it we couldnt make proper documents, so when i was in indonesia and i was pregnat (she is 3 yo now) he made a nikah nama in bangladesh so he can acknowledge our daughter because he actually still married to another woman and he told me that after i was 2 weeks pregnant while all the while i knew he was a widower. the marriage paper is legalized through the embassy and we have marriage certificate from the marriage registrar and also submitted to religious affairs office in my country. in nikah ceremony in indonesia he signed the paper that stated if he neglected me for at least 3 months and i dont accept it i have right to file my case and ask for talaq. now he doesnt want to divorce because he doesnt wanna lose his daughter and his parents have reminded me that my status as foreigner and dealing with laws will bring nothing but hardship for me, its better for me to keep silent and wait. he has announced to everyone that i will not get my rights as a wife and if i want to leave i can leave without my daughter. he is already in another relationship and i talked to that woman to confirm. he keeps me hanging without status while i have so many issues living with my parent/mother in law and living as a foreigner plus my poor financial condition. he said if i decide to stay then i can just rot in bangladesh.

1. can you give suggestion on how to deal with this?

2.how can i get free help for advocacy?

3. what are my rights as a wife and a mother?
