Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have already informed my husband of my affair before marriage so that he dont feel cheated etc and he was also ok with my past but after my marriage from the very next day my mother in law started torturing me for dowry and pressurizing me for job and on the other hand my husband was supporting her after some days my husband started beating me and i came to know that he was sexually unfit and he started torturing me even sexually and was taking ayurvedic medicine for the treatment and started abusing me for my past affair and started blaming me infront of my parents and society that your daughter dont want to live with us and is blackmailing me on the basis of chatting which i had with my boyfriend before marriage on which i had written that i don't want to get married and i will leave him but trust me it was just an anger nor any motive or intention.my husband was blackmailing me that he will dishonor me in front of family and after few months he send me back to my parents home and asking for a car and cash and i refused for the same ,now he is asking for the divorce on the ground that "she was having affair and when he send me back to my home she contacted her boyfriend and is in touch with her boyfriend and she had already planned to leave him after marriage" but the fact is that i realy tried hard to save my marriage and never met my boyfriend nor tried to contact him but when he left me and refused to take me back then yes i contacted him and discussed all my problems.

now i dont want to live with him now please help me what should i do? can i file a case against him and if yes then on which grounds?

is gmail chatting a valid proof ?

call details are valid proof and number is not registered on my name or family members name?

how i can proof that that he was taking medicines for his sexual treatment and was even sexually torturing me?

on what basis can i get divorce?

plzzzz help now i dont want to go back to him plzzz help

if your husband is also not keen to continue with the marriage it is advisable to file a petition fpr divorce by mutual consent it is a less painful and quicker way. A contested divorce is time consuming and will drain the parties financially too. for further queries contact 9312411481
