Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Inlaws have given 5 lacs cheque in which i have utilized 3 lacs in buying the flat & 5 lacs i have taken a loan from the bank when buying the flat it was costing 7 lacs + 1 lac stamp duty registration, brokerage,now they r trying to stay away frm me due tp personal reasons.wil i lose my flat if my wife gives me a divorce????
