Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My inlaws snached my 3 month old baby boy.my hubby is in sindh police ASI.i filed child custody case.but on case date he won't come in court.i m so much confused that will he do the same thing on next date.my child is so small I m so much distrub .

You may approach to the competent court of law for the illegal custody of the child-baby boy, i.e. file habeas corpus petition under section 491 Cr.P.C
