My inlaws troubled me to death.They are multimillionaires and my husband who has ancestral property of 150 crores is only ready to give me 40lacs for my and my son's entire life and wanting to give me divorce...how can I claim any share in his property or get heavy alimony from him to bring up mu child?

If you collect document showing that he is multi millionaire and has property worth 150 Crore, the alimony can certainly be enhanced. There are ways to collect all those documents. For that you have to be smart and active. One third of the income is the general rule for maintenance. Added with child's maintenance, it could go up to half. This should be taken into consideration while awarding alimony. Call for more detail.
