our's is a inter - relgious marriage , 15 yrs old. my husband deserted me n my boys 2.3 yrs ago , i have tried a lot of methods to re-concile for y kids. my husband applied for a divorce n i dont want it , after a year now he wants a judicial seperation but he is sure he would re- apply for the divorce after.. what should i do?

should i accept the judicial seperation so that atleast the 2 boys (14/8) are able to be with their father? if he re-applies for divorce will it be easy for him to get it? or I can still contest it for not wanting a divorce. please help.
