Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have had a intercaste marriage with a christian , i am a hindu.now have a baby 2 year&3months; old.i want a divorce due to mental torture with the partner.i wanto know will i be able to get the custody of my child?(daughter).she is not allow to see my daughter.I want to temporary custody before divorce&sole; custody of my daughter after divorce.I can't live without my child.iam innocent.God promise

i think you are husband??

IF yes then upto 5 years it is right of your wife upon child but if circumstances allows then it can be given to you. so met us or contact us with complete details only then we can guide you properly.
