Dear,When court has issued a degree of dissolution of marriage on the basis of khula,you have to get certified copy of that degree and have to apply to union council concerned for issuance of certificate after laps of about 30 days union council shall issue certificate and then this will be conclusive proof.Under Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961 there is no need of intervening marriage (Halala) in case of reunion between the same parties again.
