Legal Question in Family Law in India

In jharkhand,my brother's wife did false 498 case,323,307,3/4dp act.now all member except my brother got bail.for brother we have applied in high court but hearing is not started yet. now police came in search of brother and told that tell your brother to surrender or ready for corkey.

so i have one question all property is purchase by father and father is alive and he got bail. so can police do corkey in father property in name of my brother (my father 's son).

Why bail hearing not started ... who is your lawyer in civil as well high court.......
