Hi, i am from karnataka and im in a relation with a guy from past 4year but my family forced me to marry other guy.My marriage was on 26 december 2013.after marraige on 29 he left to USA for project and he will be back on next year.I dont want to leave with him i want divorce from him so that i can marry my boyfriend.Can i get divorce if yes what i have to do next and if he dint agree with me to give divorce then what i have to do plz guide me.

dear client before completion of one year of the marriage u cannot ask divorce. u have to wait for divorce till the completion of one year of the marriage. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
