Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want khula from my husband as he doesn't give me any support (financially, physically, mentally )I have a daughter age 16,but I want her custody. Is this possible?Am self dependent women so I can bear all the expenses of my daughter.

1) Among the hanafis the mother is entitled to the custody of her daughters till the age of puberty and among the Malilikis, Shafiis and the Hanabalis the mother's right of custody over her daughters continues till they are married.

2) The right of hizanat can be enforced against the father or any other person. The mother's right of hizanat was solely recognized in the interest of the children and in no sense it is an absolute right''
