Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I have taken khula from my husband. He lives in NY, USA . I live in lahore Pakistan. I want to ask as child's father is not here but his Family is . Will they (family members) be allowed to meet the child? Its a baby girl. His family members are not good. If yes, they will be allowed to meet. What should i do? I dont want them to see her.

In the absense of father, his mother takes his place.. However, there are always ways to contest cases and all cases have seperate merits and circumstances.. I didn't allowed a Grandmother to meet his granddaughter in a case as she was a cruel lady.. Generally its presumed that meeting of grandparents is beneficial for minors.. [email protected]
