Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I want to ask, i have taken khula from my husband. He lives in NY, USA . I live in lahore Pakistan. He is not willing to give nan nafqa of baby girl. He is showing himself Jobless in Court while he is not. m afraid he will not pay nan nafqa. Is that possible according to law? How much will be minimum Nan Nafqa? Please guide me.
