Legal Question in Family Law in India

does khulanama should be typed on e-stamp paper again and if yes what should be the value and how it is notorised? , because in my case khula has already been issued by kazi in urdu and translated in english by kazi(no signatures are there on translated copy) so is that khulanama issued by kazi in urdu is valid for all reason or same should it be notorised and will there be any problem in future in any way pls help
