Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Please Help me , i have three kids, son 11 years and twine daughters 9 years, i want Citations in favour of father when he got second marriage , my x wife is school teacher , in her cross she admitted that no one available to take care my kids when she is in school. she also admit that more then 12 application submitted in court regarding illness of kids and her self. last 9 month only 5 time she brings the kids for meeting and court allowed twice a meeting in a month. please help me i want citation in favour of father when he got second marriage.
