kindly sir acc to RTI act what will be the proceedure in getting the details of my husbands job details if we know in which company he is working it is a big company a private company please tell me the proccedure he is telling he is unemployed in maintainence case

you may make a party to that firm and demand that company to confirm about your husband job and salary before court.
