Hello Kindly suggest me on the compassionate job of my father expired recently and we are 3 dependents in the family Mother, elder Brother, and me, now the problem is brother ignored to sign In the no-objection certificate because he wants to do the job and mother not ready to give the job to him because he separated after marriage and me with my parents living married kindly suggest how to process the compassionate without brother sign please help us.

If there is no dispute with your elder brother, let him do the job as he is your elder if you go by custom. You must support him and convince your mother. With all this make him agree that he should fully support all of you.
If you want the NOC without your elder brother's signature, your father's will should play the field or if no will available, then your mother has to disown him and thereafter nominate you
