Hi this is kopila... from nepal.. I live in india..I have one daughter.. she is 6 years ago. . I want to divorce my husband.. b4 1 years hami alag vaye ko ho... tyo vanga agadi ni dherai patak hami chutiyera base ko ho... hamro thinking mildaina nd always he dominate me.. he never understand me nd my feelings. . 8 years pahile marriage vaye ko ho hamro... b4 5 years dekhi maile mero baby nd husband ko kharcha chalaye ko thiye 1 years dekhi ma alone chhu.. but my problem im in india how to apply??? Nd kati time lagcha divorce ko...

If you are hindu then the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 applies to you and if you are living in India, except J&K. So if your marriage is a Hindu marriage the you may file a petition of divorce against your husband in the place where you reside except J&K. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
