Hi! I am kuldeep sharma. I am married since 20014 . my wife wants to divorce me . half of my salary . would you please tell me what will be the financial cost of this divorce. how much portion of my salary shall I have to give her????

Dear client if u r not willing to give divorce then deny for divorce and if she file divorce then tell the court u r ready to live with her. So u have to pay minimum maintenance to her. For detail discussion call me

1) If she wants divorce, let her file. The maintenance will be minimum.
2) The calculation will be based on various factors such as ur salary, her earnings, property income etc. will be decided by the court.
