Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am lady of 45 yrs.Few months back husband died after 6 yrs health problem. Now my FIL,MIL,BIL and his wife said that they wont able to bear any cost my mine and of my children so they send us to my parental house. If I stay then I have to bear all expenses inclusive of electric bill, water, rationing etc. I'm not working currently and not in a mental n physical situation to work.I want to stay at my matrimonial house with full dignity but not as slave of them.

I don't want to file any case against them as I won't able to bear the cost. So to stay there whom I have to approach? Is it the local PS or women grievance cell?

You have right to live at there and no body can remove your this right against which you may either file FIR against such persons or file a complaint case taking the help of legal aid provided by the state government in each state or the state where you are living.
