Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to know what If their is law where I can complaint about my father. He has no responsibility towards his children and wife. My elder sister, my mother and myself lives separately from my father and Brother due to some serious issue happened few months back. After my sister divorced, my father's mind completely changed as if it was our mistake what has happened to my elder sister. Now when I need his help, he is not picking our calls...its now switched off since a week. He is not even helping us from past 6 months...not sending money to my mother...I am paying my education loan from my salary, after that nothing will be left with me to help my family...we have to cook for PG girls to run our family. Sisters income is not that much to survive in Bangalore, mummy stays with us as my father after drunk troubles my mother. Brother has his own priority, wife and he is paying his credit card bills so cannot give much help to family. Getting helpless day by day. Father is not worried at all, he needs freedom he says, now w are Bordon. Please suggest what can we do now...can we go legally?

You and your mother may claim maintenance from him under any of the following provisions:

1. Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code

2. If you are Hindus, under Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act.

3. Protection of Women from D.V.A. 2005
