Legal Question in Family Law in India

Is there any law that entitles me to a share of my father's assets? My father (not deceased) has a couple of flats, few acres land, a couple of fixed deposits and he's moved all of these to my younger brother's name without giving my a penny. We're 2 sons and I'm the older one.

If I am entitled to a share, what route/steps do I take to claim what is rightfully mine?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
