Legal Question in Family Law in India
what is the law for a married man not lookin after his father,mother and never take responsibility of the house than looking after her wife and kids and living in his father's home without giving a single penny to him as his dad is working in some companies and his age will be 57,then what is the law for that son after seperation and what is the right on his father property when her wife not given a single penny in dowry?

If the property is self acquired then no right and if it is ancestral property then equal right.
