Legal Question in Family Law in India

Please let me know the law of remarriage- where the child custody is with the mother and the mother will remarry. What are the laws and what happens to the visitation rights of the father, since the mother will take the son with her. Also, if the man she is remarrying is a foreigner and lives outside India.

if she has proper divorce from court of her first marriage (which was resolved mutually in the court of law). Will she be able to take the child with her? The child is I guess 9 years old now. We want to know what will happen to the visitation rights of the ex husband. The child actually does not want to meet his father during these visitations, but is forced to.
