Legal Question in Family Law in India

My in laws along with my husband filed divorce case at his native whereas we both stay in Bangalore. I contested for more than a year but cant continue as I am a single mom without any support. So I want to end it but he/his parents is not agreeing for mutual divorce(I didn't ask for any money/alumni). Since I cant run it anymore so is it going to be exparty divorce? How long it would take? How can I know the status of the case as I am far away from there?

Should I appear in the court for once and request to grant the divorce as I cant run it? Does it mean that I am accepting the complaints raised by them?

Thanks for any suggestion

Dear client if u not contest the case then it means u accept all there allegations. Go to court and tell the court that u r ready for divorce mutually. So court order yr husband to file fresh mutual divorce petition. U can also file transfer petition in high court if case is in same state. If case is in other state u have to file transfer petition in supreme court. For any legal help call me on 8446247807
