Legal Question in Family Law in India

My in laws have been mentally harassing me on smallest of the issues. they constantly taunt me on dowry and keep asking for more money. Husband does not work anywhere, at times go to the office. They have a family business and nothing has been on my husband's name. In laws and the husband have given my family all wrong information before marriage about the earnings and the boy. Now when i raised my voice their actions, they threaten to kill me and my family. What should I do ? If i file a case against them, what will i get in return as my husband does not have anything on his name.
