my in laws send me out in 2012 April. i filed dvc in 2013 January..my husband filed divorce in 2014 Nov on dissertation &cruelty; grounds from then on wards he is not coming for dvc his lawyers also not attending o court. it is time he should file his evidence&stopped; paying maintenance.he is trying to escape or what please help me.what should i do know.

Dear client as he is stop paying maintenance then file recovery petition so court will issue warrant to him and he have to appear in court. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807

On account of non-failure of maintenance amount, if ordered by dvc court, you may file an application in his divorce petition for dismissal. You may also file application in his divorce petitition for payment of litigation expenses and maintenance.
