In laws has thrown me out of the house. Husband wants divorce but I don't want to give divorce. He is not giving me marriage expenses. I'm not working. If I file dv dowry and 498a and I don't win cases coz I don't have enough proofs. Can I get monthly maintainance?
And after divorce I can I get ailmony?

1) In DV and 498A case u need not have tangible evidences. Ur unshaken evidence is sufficient.
2) File all the cases including 125 CrPC for maintenance. They will come to ur terms.
3) Consult a local experienced Family law expert, an able Advocate of repute with full facts.
