my lawyer had filed conjugal rights section 9 and maintenance 125 and filled fir 498a against my husband but i feel like i got stucked in conjugal rights case and nw i want to get out of section9 what r the ways i can get out of it without affecting other cases of mine?

yes, you can amend your petition and convert the conjugal rights to a petition for divorce. ask your lawyer to file an application u/o 6 rule 17 of civil procedure code for amendment in the same court. this would not affect your other cases.
You may ask your lawyer to withdraw your Section 9 case. This may not affect your other cases. You may, however, also file an application under DVA and seek adequate damages.
what exactly you mean to get out from the case. do you mean you do not want to restore conjugal rights and seek divorce, then in that case withdraw section 9 petition
You may withdraw RCR and pursue other remedies.
