Legal Question in Family Law in Lebanon

Hi me and my ex lebanese husband divorced in dec 2015 and my son was in my care. Aince june 2016 his father has not paid anything towards his son. I remarried in aug 2016 and moved to lebanon. My son still living with me abd under my care recently started seeing his father when he visits from saudi. Now his father has threatened to filw for full custody and take my son to saudi arabia. Will the shite court grant him custody to take him from me and move to a country that i can never visit to see my son? Will they look at the point that ib 3 years he has not taken care of his son financially at all and refuses to as long as my son lives with me? Will i have any chance in court of jaafariyi shia?
