Hello, i am a Lebanese Maronite married in 2011 we have a 2 years old boy i want to know who will get the right of custody in the Lebanese church law of the boy if we went to divorce , the cause of divorce is cheating wife over social media proof available , no proof of physical contact .

Cheating, as per the Church laws is not a cause for divorce by itself unless you have other substantial causes aside. Cheating alone can lead to separation هجر.
However, you can still proceed with criminal proceedings based on the siocial media pics as she is taking openly a lover. That would lead to her interrogatory by the police, and she might end up admitting all the truth.
As for the kid's guardianship, the Court will rule in the benefit of the child whether you go for divorce or separation. In case of cheating, it's more likely that you may got the guardianship; however she would have the right of visiting her kid.
