My father has three sons and one daughter. My father had bought one room in mid of 1990-1992 during same time when my father was getting retired from service in 1992. I, the elder son had joined job in the year June 1985 in my fathers company. We moved to father�s house in 1992. I got married in1992 and having son in 1994. Due to inconvenience in taking son to school, we moved on rent flat near to school in 1998. Now the room has been distributed among all except me.
Father is denying for any part in the room. Provide me a light on this-
1. The case will go according to father�s statement or there is a chance appeal for an equal distribution.
2. Without informing me about distribution, can this distribution be legal.
3. I purchased a flat, I backheard that father can claim 30% share of my own property. Need a firm base of this30% rule, where can I find that?

If your father bought the said property with his own self earned property than it is your father's Will to give this property to whomsoever he chooses/likes to .
