hi.. I need an legal clarification on registration of marriage..I'm an magor hindu and my lover(wife) is an major christion..we already got married and registered in the register office as per indian law..that was done one year back..then we waited for the both family members to accept my love..after a long time they accepted my love .they willing to do register marriage for us..becous yet they not know about the registration done one year back..now the situation not for so good to tell the truth..now my doubt is if my marriage is registered again in the register office..it may lead to any problem ..or whil register second time.. the old records will be found..but both the husband and wife are same..not even names changed..let me know the legal issues...thanks in advance..

you messed with parents but do not mess with the law. going for re registration may lead to legal problems. you cannot re register unless you both are divorced.
Since your marriage is already registered, there is no requirement for second registration. You may disclose the fact of marriage to your parents / relatives at any point of time without talking about the registration.
I am showing a practical way. Get married again by way of religious ceremony.
This will satisfy your family and you need not register again.
