Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have already got a legal divorce abroad (ex-parte) - my ex-wife was living for 3 years with me and was served legally and correctly. The court actually passed the divorce judgement and also said that violence was done against me. My ex-wife is now ready for a settlement and accept the foreign divorce.

How do we go about registering the foreign divorce in India now based on MCD?

There is no need to do anything further. Divorce is valid especially if she is not challenging the same. It is not registered. No need to go for MCD either. Both of you are free to remarry. If still you have any apprehension, I will clear it upon consultation.
