Need Legal help on Divorce
Hi..we've been married for 2 years & 7 Months. It was a love marriage. But the girl I loved changed, post marriage & have dominated me & my old mother since day 1. I tried changing her attitude, with no use. She threatened me with divorce multiple times in last 2 years. In last 2 months, I developed friendship with a girl. Now, I'm hellbent on getting divorced, but she won't. She is constantly threatening me & my mom with 498A, & telling that she'll prove that I'm having an extra marital affair with the girl. Can I get any legal help on this ?

you have called for problem by disclosing your extra marital affair. you may convince your wife to go for divorce by mutual consent else file a petition on the ground of cruelty.
