Can any legal steps be taken in India about a person who does a remarriage even before the mutual divorce case filed in the court has come to a conclusions or a decree being granted to both the party. Please suggest under what sections of Indian Penal Code act can a case be filed against the same..

Dear client if person marriage without divorce again then his spouse can file case under sec 494 of Indian penal code for bigamy. If case proved in the court then persin will get punishment upto five years jail. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

As per Hindu Law the said marriage is not valid and person can be punished for Bigamy.
