Legal Question in Family Law in India
Legal Suggestion: My mother expired in 2003. In 2004 I got married. my father is staying alone in my native place where my property is there (the property which was comes from my Grandfather-Earned by Grandfather). i have two children's n my first child born in 2005 and 2nd child born in 2006. i am living in Hyderabad. some problems, we (me n father) has decided, and we have taken property and i have registered my whole property in registration office (through partition registration) and I have taken land passbooks. after that, my father was married (2006-07) another women and borne one child (son). now he is 9 years old.
so my question is: "I have registered my property in registration office and I got land passbooks and all. now if any case my brother (father 2nd marriage son) have right to take my registered land/property? is there in chance in Indian Law? please share your valuable suggestions. what should I do?....PG Krishna

By which means you have registered the property in your name:?a sale deed, gift, Will etc. If the family partition deed takes place before the second marriage of your father, his second wife or her son can't claim a share in the property which has already been partitioned. She or her son can claim a share in your father's share.
