A legitimate minor baby girl filed a suit for maintenace against her father after the legally divorced with father and mother, and minor baby girl living with the mother.

My question is that after baby girl child become the major or attained the age of 18 years she is entiled to claim in grandfather property i.e. ancestral property, while his father alive.
