litigant husband & wife has compromised in mediation of distt court that petitioner wife will withdraw cases of dv,(under which visting rights granted to see her 7 yrs male child),crpc 125 where Int. mtc granted) & sec.9 RCR.and husband side to get admitted their child (at present with husband family ) in hostel of any cbse boarding school with all school expenses borne by father till the child is 18 yrs.,failing which it is agreed she will get exclusive custody of child and bear all expenses for child herself.and she shall revive all pending cases.During mediation,there was no mention of MCD but mediator told us Both parties have to file u/s 13B,as such MCD petition also filed .Is that kind of compromise viable & valid ?.

If the compromise has reached by the direction of the court, its binding. I am little surprised. Such compromises are reached on the consideration of mutual divorce to finish the matter. I have to see the mediation report.
