Legal Question in Family Law in India
I live in Bangalore.My husband left me for past one month and went to stay with his parents.When i try to contact him he does not pick up the call.I messaged him asking when will he be back his reply was:No plans yet".I want to file a RCR, will that be appropraite?
Please advise...looking for a lwayer in Bangalore to help me.

You haven't mentioned in which state your husband is residing ,is he in India or abroad? In case your husband do not want to join u even RCR wont help better settle the matter amicably and move ahead in life.
