Legal Question in Family Law in India

I live in new delhi. I got married 3 years back and lived with husband for 4 months only and leave matrimonial house as my husband wanted me to go. 2 years back I filed maintenence case against husband which is still pending and also filed 498a and fir is registered.

I tried hard to convince my husband but he is strong in divorce and clearly refused to stay with me in court.

He has send a notice to me by post from punjab which I refused to take and I have no idea was that divorce notice or not.

is there any harm in not receiving notice?

Can he get ex parte divorce or he will send the notice to me again?
