Legal Question in Family Law in India
I live in india.my husband lives in abroad. I am living with my husband'parents. But they give me mental harresment. I want to live separetely to them.. Even my husband is not in contact with me for a long time,. He also takes side of his parents. Can i take all my things with me while going out of the house which were purchased under my husband's name and i have been using those things (like TV, Scooter Washing mashine etc.)personally for many years. Can my husband legally object me not to take the things with me?What are my legal rights regarding my husband'possessions.?

dear client u can take yr all things with u while living house. if yr in laws try to stop u then u can file police complaint against them or recover yr things from court by filling domestic violence petition. for any legal help call me
