Legal Question in Family Law in India

I live with my In-laws and of late my mother-in- law's sister who is 75 is having a relationship with an 18 (?) year old street vendor he comes and goes through out the day and I have tried to reason with her that it is unsafe as the house is quite open and many items on display are highly valued if not monetarily then sentimentally and are in glass cases making it very easy for someone who is of a lower strata susceptible to commit a crime out of need, greed or anything else but most essentially and importantly, I have an 11 year old daughter and 12 year old son who can be preyed upon by this individual and this makes me worried, I have left my job and now am at home. by having an unknown person coming and going it poses a problem of security for not only my children and me but also my in-laws as they are old and can easily be taken advantage of, my husband and I both have talked to my mother in law and her brother and both of them do not heed to any of my or my husband's requests of taking action or putting some sense into the mind of this woman and the security of not only my children and me but also the 3 elders living with us. as a family we have quite a strained relationship and this is now affecting my mental and physical health due to the unnecessary trauma that is being wrecked.

As I cannot stress how grieve it is, all I can say is that he has almost unrestricted access to most of the rooms in the house and that he comes daily and is being treated with gifts chocolates and treats by the woman making this a very serious issue.

I would really like to know legally how I could stop the boy who is of questionable age entering the house or even building premises. I do not care what happens outside but I do not want him in my house as my children are in potential danger.

who is the owner of the house??? is it your inlaws??? are you not overreacting to a situation which could be that this boy is running errands for the inlaws???. Instead of being so rigid please get th3e police verification done of the boy. Not every poor person can be a thief or a killer.contact at 9312411481
